Description
Get all six Your Pace Yoga videos in one bundle:
Dustienne Miller, a board certified women’s health physical therapist and Kripalu-trained yoga teacher, guides you through slow, mindful movements that work to calm anxiety, increase flexibility, and manage pain.
This easy-to-follow, stress-relieving home practice serves as a holistic adjunct to traditional medical approaches. Each tailored program contains two sections:
Asana
Asana incorporates gentle and slow movements combined with conscious breathing.
These flows are designed to:
- mobilize fascial connections to the abdomen and pelvis
- decrease holding patterns of the pelvic floor muscles
- encourage breathing techniques to optimize the relationship between the diaphragm and your pelvic floor
- enhance pelvic floor/core activation and coordination with the breath using yoga postures, physical therapy exercises and functional movement
Relaxation
The guided rest period allows you to experience the physical letting go of your muscles relaxing and stress melting away.
The parasympathetic nervous system response (rest and digest) is increased and your body, mind, and spirit are allowed time to integrate the changes that occurred during your practice.
The flow of each practice works to strengthen your mind-body connection. By integrating these flows into your overall pelvic health strategy, you create another opportunity for self-healing and increase the potential to live your healthiest, happiest life.

Sylvia McCandless, PT, DPT –
I have used 3 of the videos. I think they are a good addition to my treatment plan. Patients seem to like them as they make them more aware of their pelvic floor and give them a sense that may have some control over their contdition. Several patients have downloaded them as part of their home exercise program.
